Yes, the first wedding of the year is here and we are prepping for another one in a couple of days. Boy, I love weddings and I am such a lucky girl for having my love for flowers and weddings in my life.
Now this one was a small and cute wedding on a Sunday Morning, a brunch as you may, but we could not care less, we pumped it with flowers and made it a lush bash on that cold cold January day.
2014, here we come! Hold on tight, cascades of flowers are coming your way.
We had a hectic, gorgeous, flowery September this year and we enjoyed every stem that has been designed into our weddings.
This particular wedding, a little bit modern, a little bit dramatic and most importantly, lush, has been a special joy for us. The wedding took place in September at the Hyatt Regency and it featured tons and tons of Hot Pink Taiwanese Dendrobium Orchids and Dutch Pink Hydrangeas with a touch of Hot Princess Roses. Hot pink, hot pink and more hot pink.
We just loved these little beauties, tall Hot Pink Dendrobium Orchid centerpieces set in trumpet vases with more submerged orchids, looked so fun against the water and New York City background of the Hyatt Regency. We always love working here, and if you look any closer, you will see me, Ella Myer obsessing over a centerpiece and putting the last details around the room before the bride walked in.
